Track my order
You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Säker® order is on the move.", containing your tracking link.
Alternatively, you can log into our help center and track your order there.
- Go to the help center
- You can login using your email address to retrieve your order. Alternatively, you can use your order ID and postal code.
- Check the fulfilment status of your order. If it's fulfilled, select the order. (If status is not yet fulfilled, try again in 24hrs to allow us a little longer to dispatch your order)
- Click Track Your Order to be directed to your specific courier tracking
