Why are we doing preorders?
Basically, we've been sold out of harnesses since August 2023.
Dog owners are buying the harnesses faster than we can produce them.
Our customers have requested that we do preorders so that they can secure a harness for their pup before they sell out. Usually, by the time the harnesses land in the US, they are all gone.
Basically, we have been producing the harnesses for the last 4 months. We are finally putting them on a boat from Indonesia to Miami.
How do they work?
You purchase a harness through our website the same way you would do for a normal order.
The main difference is that the price is discounted compared to the regular price.
Your order will be put on hold until the gear arrives in our Miami warehouse and gets shipped your way.

As a default, all your gear will ship together with the preordered items.
However, at checkout, you will have the option to choose "Split-ship". With this option, our team will ship right away the items that are in stock in your order. Your preordered items will ship by themselves later.
Yes, if you are able to place a preorder, that means that this unit is now reserved to you. Once it lands in Miami, it will be unloaded and then shipped your way.

Absolutely, until you get a confirmation that your preorder has shipped, you can modify the delivery address.
