FAQs.

You are probably trying to pull the webbing from the left neck buckle right? This is not an adjustment for the neck straps. If you pull on this webbing, it will lead to the left and right neck straps to be adjusted unevenly. The only way to adjust the neck straps is to slide the triglides up or down on both straps as shown in the video tutorial.

Yes, basically, the chest pad is designed to be inserted inside the belly pad. When one is in the other, the pads are more stable.
