Don't pass over your dog's head
The Canyon Light features a neck buckle so you can achieve the perfect fit without worrying of passing over the head.
Let your dog move freely
The Y-shape of the Canyon is recommended by vets as the best harness to promote shoulder joint health and freedom of movement.
No chafing or irritation
Thanks to its unique belly adjuster, it is one of the few harnesses that doesn't cause irritation in your dog's armpit region. Adjust the belly adjuster so that the first row of webbing is further back on your dog's belly.

The Canyon Light features an overbuilt top handle that allows you to keep your dog close when it matters the most.

Most likely yes. After testing the harness on more than 25 different breeds and shapes, we can say that the Canyon harness fits very well. But just to confirm, go to our sizing corner.
Basically, the two harnesses are very similar, but the Pro features all aluminum hardware, it is crash-tested to keep your dog safe in the car and it is heavier than the light.
Not on the harness. Velcro doesn't meet our standard for durability... But we get it, you need to attach your patches somewhere! That's why we came up with Velcro Sleeves that you can add or remove as you please. These are not compatible with the Core harness, you will need the Extended Light to use velcro sleeves.

I’m using the harness at the Haven animal care shelter in Lubbock, Texas to help train our rescue dogs for hopefully their new homes. The harnesses are extremely light but feel very strong and are easy to clean off after each dog. I paired it with the Apple AirPod adapter to help find the animal should it escape. Even though I just started with this last week, I’m already starting to see positive results with the dog, excepting the harness without issue.

Roxy is 25lbs right now, but the vet expects her to grow to 38lbs in the next year. Right now, the harness is a little big for her, but the quality is there.
