What you’ll lead

As our Creative Marketing Lead, you will own:

Concept development
Unique campaign ideas, angles, and creative directions that feel distinctly Säker.
Email marketing
Writing, structuring, and optimizing flows and campaigns in Klaviyo.
Paid social strategy
Meta ads concepts, testing angles, creative briefs, and iterative optimization.
Seasonal launches
Storytelling, sequences, and visuals for new colors, new films, and product releases.
Brand storytelling
Helping define how Säker communicates its values, aesthetics, and product purpose.
Creative direction
Collaborating with our photographers, filmmakers, and designers to bring ideas to life.

How you’ll work

You move between ideas and execution effortlessly. One day you’re shaping the angle of a campaign or a colorway launch, the next you’re refining a Klaviyo flow or testing Meta ads to understand what resonates.

You’ll collaborate directly with our founder, our filmmakers, and our photographers to bring concepts to life. You’ll write, build, iterate, analyze, and refine — always with intention, always with a bias for clarity and quality.

Your days will include:
• Turning product features and stories into compelling creative concepts
• Building emails that feel premium and frictionless
• Developing ad angles and testing them on Meta
• Reviewing performance and evolving your ideas
• Supporting shoots, films, and seasonal campaigns
• Bringing new creative energy into every project you touch

What success looks like

You create work that makes people stop, feel something, and remember the brand.
Not because it chases a trend or a hack, but because the idea behind it is strong.

We don’t measure success only through click-through rates or last-click conversions.
That matters, but it’s not the point.
The point is to build concepts and campaigns that stand out, travel on their own, and make Säker feel different from anything in the pet industry.

Location & work style

This role is based in Saint-Sauveur or Montreal, with a hybrid schedule.
