This is going to be great for night and winter walks, it’s super bright

My dogs and I get out every morning around the same time for exercise so for a good part of the year, it's dark! For a decade or more, I used lights that hung around their necks to light up the way. Over the last few years though the quality of the product deteriorated; I was replacing them more often and the light was dim no matter how often batteries were replaced. I found PitchBlack Safety Light through an internet search and it looked like it would be a great improvement to what I had been using and it is! I have them attached to the front of their harnesses. I love that I don't have to take them on and off each morning. I also set up a little charging station in the garage where I keep their gear so it's very easy to plug them in without even taking the lights off the harnesses. I use the bright white light option and am pleased with the amount of light it gives off. I also like how they can attach snugly to the harnesses with the adjustable bands so when we are jogging, nothing is flailing about on the dogs. Very cool design overall. Even though they cost more than I wanted to spend, I'm glad I made the purchase. I plan to get another to put on the backpacks one of my dogs wears.

I’ve waited to write a review to ensure I didn’t have concerns about my new harnesses. I purchased 2 Landers so that my dogs could have a comfortable daily harness that also doubled as a car safety one. Honestly, I can’t think of anything I would change about the Lander. I love it so much more than the original Ascension - the Lander is lightweight, nice material, my favorite buckles with one around the neck for my head shy guy, and an additional body strap for my fearful guy who has slipped other harnesses before. The green color is perfect for my red boy and though the teal isn’t my favorite it’s not bad for my white guy. Though we prefer blue ;) I’m able to attach their activity trackers easily and they don’t obstruct collars. I’m still getting the hang of how to adjust all the various straps, but they definitely help adjust the fit to each boy individually.
I’m really happy with the investment I made for my boys’ safety and comfort.

The light worked great out of the bag, without even charging.

I love how much brighter this light is than other dog lights I have. I also like that it doesn't swing around. Though it is a little larger than would be ideal (I suppose that's why it is bright) and the battery doesn't last quite as long as I would prefer. Also mildly annoying that it's a proprietary charging cable instead of USB C. But still a good product!
