Pulling assist
The Extended lets you attach the leash at the very back so your dog can pull you up on trails. That's not all, it also features a back D-ring, a front D-ring and a belly loop for long lines.
Converts into the Core Harness
Simply remove the extention (second row of straps) from your Canyon Extended and you end up with the Core harness in less than a minute.
Help your dog up or down obstacles
Thanks to its connected top handle, the Extended light lets you lift your dog up obstacles. Perfect for tougher terrain or senior dogs.
Hands-free setup
The Canyon Extended lets you disconnect the extension from the harness and wrap it around your waist for the perfect hands-free setup.

Most likely yes. After testing the harness on more than 25 different breeds and shapes, we can say that the Canyon Light Core harness fits very well. But just to confirm, go to our sizing corner.
Basically, the two harnesses are very similar, but the Pro features all aluminum hardware, it is crash-tested to keep your dog safe in the car and it is heavier than the light.
Not on the harness. Velcro doesn't meet our standard for durability... But we get it, you need to attach your patches somewhere! That's why we came up with Velcro Sleeves that you can add or remove as you please. You can get the Velcro Sleeves for your Extended harness.

I bought this harness as an alternative to the vinyl vest my SD frequently wears. This harness not only allowed me to clearly label him as a service dog (with the Velcro attachments) but it fit him so well he was able to wear it all day without needing a break! I love all the accessory attachment points also!

Absolutely love this harness! It feels sturdy, get mud and salt on it and it's easily cleaned. It's a bit stiff at first but it molds to your dog fairly quickly. Only minor complaint is it's not super easy to adjust the fit, so when we take off his coat, it takes a second to adjust to his sizing again.
The new extension connection piece feels solid and I'm not worried about it unclipping by accident as well. The old one was not great

My second one by choice. Only reason I replaced the first is because they upgraded the harness. A recommend, only thing I can say is I can never get it to sit right. Medium harness, boxer, 45 lbs, 2 years old.
