All orders will take 1-3 business days to be processed before being shipped out. This should be added to the shipping estimates offered by the carriers at checkout.

Canada
As mentioned above, our team can take up to 3 business to process your order depending on the current volume of orders. Once it has shipped, it should take 3 to 7 business days to reach you.
Of course, that is highly dependent on how remote the delivery address. Once the package has been handed to the courier, the delays are out of our control.
The free shipping threshold for the Canadian provinces is: 99 CAD.
Free Shipping isn't available for Canadian Territories.

United States

The free shipping threshold for the mainland US states is 75 USD.

All of the US orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Miami, Florida
United Kingdom
We currently offer shipping to UK.
All of our international orders are currently shipped with GlobalPost.
GlobalPost Intl: When you checkout, you will get a real-time estimate of the shipping time to you. However, in our experience, packages sometime take up to 21 days to arrive.
There is no free shipping threshold currently offered for UK orders.

In our experience, shipping with GlobalPost does not result in our customers having to pay customs and duties. However, we cannot guarantee it as we do not control it.
If there are duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer.
So far, we've used GlobalPost to ship to Canada and the UK and none of the customers had to pay duties or taxes.
For domestic orders, the customer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse. This is also true for international orders.
For the item that results from the exchange, we will cover the cost of a domestic shipment (14$) and the customer will be responsible to cover the balance between our discounted rate and the 14$.
Ex: Shipping label is 23$, the customer would have to pay 23-14= 9$
Our UK orders are shipped from our US warehouse in Miami, Florida.
